Short Tooth Syndrome

Lecture Overview

Short Tooth Syndrome (STS) is a dental condition that results from excessive gingival display or lack of incisal tooth display during smiling. It can be treated with dental procedures such as crown lengthening, orthodontics, or restorative dentistry.

This lecture will discuss about the genetic and environmental factors that contribute to STS. Participants will also learn how to identify patients who are likely at risk for developing this condition.
